Pilot Plant Facility

DynaChem, Inc. is very much committed to providing high quality fine chemical production through its low volume manufacturing pilot facility. This has been proven once again as DynaChem just completed a major capital expansion of the existing facility. Equipment additions such as a 500 gallon glass-lined jacketed reactor, dual separation receivers, ultra-low vacuum system and upgraded process computerization controls, just to name a few, allow us to provide even more products and services to our customers.

 

Our pilot plant is staffed by experienced professionals skilled at producing small batch sizes. We maintain the highest quality assurance standards and equipment conditions, providing an ideal site for your trial products and processes.

 

From concept to full production, our staff can design your process, assist with production, resolve issues, offer further process recommendations, review packaging plans and arrange shipping.

 

Whether you are scaling up a new product, trying a new ingredient application, or producing a product for distribution, we'll work closely with you to ensure a smooth, successful experience.
